The Employers Network scheme has been designed to help a wide range of construction businesses, including small and medium sized companies. The initiative aims to simplify access to training and offers financial support for all employers, regardless of their size.
The Employer Network Pilot scheme supported over 1,000 employers to train their employees and has two main objectives:
