As we re-opened our doors this week, our main focus has been on delivering an awareness course on coronavirus. We have worked with Oswestry BID to help businesses of all sizes to get back to work.  It is an awareness course aimed at all levels from senior management to general workers to look at ways of how you can reduce the risk within your workplace and help protect your employees as well the public walking through your doors.

It is the responsibility of employers to ensure you are protecting your employees at work and those waiting to return to work. The Coronavirus Awareness course is being delivered at our training centre and can be delivered at your premises, provided social distancing measures are met. Candidates attended this week have been very acceptable to the social distancing process and we have received some great feedback.

David Clough, Retail, Markets and Events Manager from Oswestry Town Council attended the course and states he will reviewing and putting measures in to place from what he has learnt from the Coronavirus Awareness course.

James Marshall from Globestock Engineering Limited attended the course and felt it was fantastic together with MBO’s training facilities and staff.

MBO always aim to continuously improve its methods of teaching and with coronavirus outbreak, it has made it even more challenging, however MBO continue to make it happen and we continue to listen to what our customers say. It was very pleasing for our team to hear that our customers felt comfortable and reassured with our facilities together with the delivering of the Coronavirus Awareness course. Upon arrival, all candidates have their temperatures taken, plenty of supply of anti-bacterial wipes, hand-sanitiser and seating 2 metres apart.

Our focus will remain on delivering the Coronavirus Awareness course to help all businesses ease back in to their place of work smoothly and giving that extra attention to employees to feel reassured and safe at work.
