CSCS Black Manager Card

The CSCS Black Manager Card is issued to managers and individuals who are in technical occupations who meet one of the following criteria:

- Completion of a relevant Construction Management or Technical NVQ/SVQ at Level 4, 5, 6 or 7
- Achievement of an SVQ at SCQF Level 10 or 11 in a Construction Management or Technical field

Apply for a CSCS Black Manager Card

To apply for your CSCS Black Manager Card, please complete the following steps:

STEP 1. Complete the required Construction Management or Technical qualification NVQ/SVQ at Level 4 or above. 

STEP 2. If your CITB Managers and Professionals Health, Safety and Environment (MAP) Test is not within the last 2 years, book your CITB test.

STEP 3. Once you have completed STEP 1 & 2, you can apply for your CSCS Black Manager Card.

Validation of a CSCS Black Manager Card

• The CSCS Black Manager Card is valid for five years.
