The CSCS White Professionally Qualified Person Card is available to individuals who hold membership with a professional body.

Apply for a CSCS White Professionally Qualified Person Card

To apply for your CSCS White Professionally Qualified Person Card, please complete the following steps:

STEP 1. Provide evidence of your current professional body membership at an accepted level. 

STEP 2. If your CITB Managers and Professionals Health, Safety and Environment (MAP) Test is not within the last 2 years, book your CITB test.

STEP 3. Once you have completed STEP 1 & 2, you can apply for your CSCS White Professionally Qualified Person Card.

Validation of a CSCS White Professionally Qualified Person Card

• The CSCS White Professionally Qualified Person Card is valid for five years.
• Upon expiry, you will need to apply for a new CSCS White Professionally Qualified Person Card.
• This CSCS White Professionally Qualified Person Card cannot be renewed.
