{"id":9746,"date":"2020-11-23T15:07:07","date_gmt":"2020-11-23T15:07:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mbosafetyservices.co.uk\/staging\/?p=9746"},"modified":"2020-11-23T15:07:07","modified_gmt":"2020-11-23T15:07:07","slug":"health-and-safety-spot-checks-during-covid-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mbosafetyservices.co.uk\/staging\/health-and-safety-spot-checks-during-covid-19\/","title":{"rendered":"Health and Safety Spot Checks during COVID-19"},"content":{"rendered":"<style type=\"text\/css\"><\/style><p>The HSE is carrying out spot checks and inspections on all types of businesses in all areas to ensure they are COVID-secure.<\/p>\n<p>They are making calls so that they can give expert advice on how to manage the risks and protect workers, customers and visitors. They are also working closely with local authorities, assisting them in the sectors they regulate such as hospitality and retail.<\/p>\n<p>By calling and visiting premises and speaking directly to employers, they can check the measures that companies have put in place are in line with government guidance.<\/p>\n<p>HSE Inspectors will make COVID-secure checks as part of their normal role in visiting workplaces during the pandemic.
