Delegates
Minimum of 6 delegates, maximum of 12 delegates.
This course is designed for those who have to undertake or contribute to risk assessments as part of their role within an organisation. This includes managers and supervisors but is useful for most employees, who should be aware of what risk assessment involves.
Certificate
Delegates will receive a certificate of attendance. We recommend that this course is renewed every 3 years.

• Key Definitions – Definitions are provided for all the key terms used in risk assessment including ‘hazard’ and ‘risk’.
• 5 steps to Risk Assessment – A step-by-step overview of the risk assessment process.
• Practical Exercise – Practical application of risk assessment to give attendees some valuable experience.
• Traps to be avoided – Some misconceptions about Risk Assessment.
• Summary and Questions and Answers – A short summary of the course and a question and answer session to enable attendees to clarify any points raised.
