• Display Screen Equipment – an overview of main health risks associated with workstations & DSE.
• Hazardous Substances – an introduction to the main requirements of the COSHH Regulations and what they mean for employers and employees.
• Manual Handling – an overview of the Manual Handling Regulations and a guide on how to avoid injury from manual handling.
• Work Equipment – a brief introduction to the PUWER Regulations, how to visually inspect equipment prior to use and employers' and employees' responsibilities for work equipment safety.
• Fire – an essential guide to fire safety covering the fire triangle, what to do in the event of a fire, the different types of extinguishers and the important of good housekeeping.
• Working Safely – how to make the work place safer, how to look after yourself and your colleagues in the working environment.
